Good value, friendly staff, convenient location for city transport, clean and comfortable rooms. WiFi included, spacious double bed, complimentary water upon arrival, on-site bar. Close to restaurants, bars, and a massage center. Highly recommend for quality and price.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The location is perfect, just 4 stops by tram to the city center, situated in a pretty quiet street next to a picturesque church. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient, including a bathtub and a fan. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of cold and hot food options.

The family room was huge, with air-con and a fridge. Excellent English-speaking staff. Smooth check-in and out process. Immaculate room and comfortable beds.

The hotel was located in a pretty quiet street right beside a beautiful church with a peaceful atmosphere. The location was very convenient, as it was very close to a tram stop, making it easy to get to the city center. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

our stay at the hotel was wonderful. it exceeded our expectations in every way. the room was bigger than expected and very clean. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. we loved the delicious breakfast and the local pubs surrounding the hotel. we would happily stay here again.

One of the light bulbs in the room was out.

It is also not far from the main railway station and the city center, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and clean sheets. The bathroom is also clean and well-maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of options including a Korean soup and rice meal in buffet form.

One downside is that some staff members had difficulties speaking English, which could present a communication challenge for some guests.

The lighting in the rooms was inadequate, with only one small table lamp for multiple nightstands and a desk. The amenities mentioned on the website, such as a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities, were not available.
